I’m Zeina Fierro, the CEO and Founder of Luma HR Consulting, and I've spent over 20 years building HR operations from scratch, leading teams through rapid scale, acquisition, change, and supporting leaders through complex people challenges.

My background spans both early-stage startups to enterprise-level organizations, which gives me a unique perspective on what actually works at different stages of growth. I’ve also worked in a wide range of environments—from corporate offices to fulfillment centers —so I understand firsthand how people practices need to adapt across roles, locations, and work models.

What sets our approach apart is that we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all HR. We’re practical, hands-on, and deeply people-first. We partner closely with founders and leadership teams to build HR foundations that are clear, compliant, and scalable—without unnecessary complexity or drama.
